Legal Notice and Sale Ad Laced With Tortuous Title Claims
Lorain County Ohio notices reveal a disputed chain of title in a 1923 case where John Zurcher sues to quiet a claim on a tract in Carlisle Township. The filing alleges defective deeds and missing heirs while asserting the plaintiff has long-held ownership. The document includes a collateral sale notice by The Western Reserve Finance Company.
