Wellington woman charged after stabbing husband
Melissa Carruthers 29 was charged with aggravated assault domestic violence and resisting arrest after allegedly stabbing her husband Brandon Carruthers 32 in the chest with a kitchen knife on Barker Street Wellington. Police found her asleep drunk with three children in the home. Brandon treated and released from Mercy Allen Hospital.
