Water bill change shifts 3.5k residents to uniform line-maintenance fee
Elyria Township groups Carlisle Elyria and Sheffield residents will see a $3.30 monthly charge on quarterly water bills, moving the line-maintenance fee from property tax bills. The rate will be the same for all, replacing older tiered charges from earlier line installations.
