Weather outlook shows cloudy skies from the Mississippi Valley to the Carolinas with rain reported in Georgia, South Carolina, Nebraska and Tennessee. Rain is forecast from Indiana to the Carolinas, while thunderstorms are predicted in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Wyoming, Colorado and Alabama. The West may see sun while the East remains mostly cloudy with sunshine limited to New York City through Portland Maine.
