Two Men Arrested With Home Made Clubs At Steel Plant

PERPIGNAN France June 2 The Spanish sailboat Granda 214 tons sailing from Barcelona with a load of cement was torpedoed today by a submarine off the northeast coast of Spain. Tentative plans for a remodeled courthouse and an auxiliary courts building will be presented to Lorain County bar members Monday morning after a preview by county commissioners. Walker and Weeks of Cleveland prepared the proposal, which includes a 60 by 160 foot south end addition joined by a 50 foot corridor and space for probate court, prosecutors, law library, clerk of courts, two court rooms on the second floor, a third floor courtroom with auxiliary jury rooms and grand jury room, plus elevator and enlarged third floor windows to ease congestion in private offices. Cost estimates were not given, though removal of the dome was pegged at about 3800. The plan aims to relieve congestion as county offices now occupy private buildings.
