Clinic mum on surgeon with AIDS
The Cleveland Clinic Foundation declined to confirm a newspaper report that a surgical resident has AIDS. Officials cited patient physician confidentiality and said there is no evidence of transmission within the workplace. Tools and camping gear stolen from van on Water Street
More than $1000 in tools and camping gear were taken from a GMC van parked on Water Street Friday. Police found the van Saturday with the rear door lock removed. Items stolen include a $700 Craftsman tool box, Coleman lantern, sleeping bags, fishing rods and reels, and a tackle box.
