Man shoots stepson in Lorain then hides gun
A 50 year old Lorain man, Donald Lajavic, told police he shot his adult stepson, Patrick Delisle, in the leg with a .38 caliber handgun around 3:15 p.m. at their Mallard home. He later directed officers to the weapon stored unloaded in a hall closet. The 16 year old girlfriend said she was unaware of a shoplifting incident and did not know about the shooting.
