Sheffield Lake to ballot 2-mill library levy in November
Sheffield Lake votes 5 to 1 to place a five year 2-mill library levy on the November ballot to raise about 43000 annually for the Domonkas Branch, funded by a $1 yearly tax per $1000 of assessed property value.
