Rosenblum outlines a nationwide chain plan
Rosenblum estimates such a chain could involve about 4 million people, roughly 2 percent of the population, with 1,320 persons per mile standing four feet apart across 5,280 feet per mile. He notes selecting a route and circumventing barriers would be formidable and that organizing on state and local levels would be an incredible challenge, though he believes it could be done.
