Funeral set for slain Lorain officer Carissa Woytach
Lorain police officer Phillip Wagner to lie in public memorial in Cleveland at Rocket Arena on Wednesday after dying from gunshot wounds in an ambush July 23. Procession from Liston Funeral Home to Rocket Arena begins 7:30 a.m. with traffic closures along Center Ridge Road. The Lorain department, plus nearby agencies, will cover shifts from Tuesday evening through Thursday to maintain service.
