Open Heart camp mentors honor local youths in Vermilion
For more than 50 years, Lorain County first responders have hosted Operation Open Heart at Mill Hollow along the Vermilion River. Over 30 boys aged 8 to 15, served by Lorain County Children Services, joined area law enforcement for five days of games, cookouts, and mentorship. President Lt.
