Mindfair Books in Oberlin hosts a Potter party Saturday night at 10 with costume and trivia contests and a craft project. Book goes on sale at midnight for 20.99 plus tax, crates opened at 12:01 a.m. Prepaid reservations required by phone or in person.

Wellington police Friday began with an equipment stop at 300 block W Herrick Ave leading to charges against John Stiffler 27 for failure to have lighted lights driving while intoxicated and driving under suspension. Later a disturbance domestic violence was reported on Wenner 200 block at 6 39 a.m. A theft occurred on Barker 100 block at 11 06 p.m. A theft was reported at Herrick Ave 100 block on Monday at 2 p.m. Officers responded to a possible heroin overdose at Prospect 100 block at 10 16 p.m.
