Probe: Shooter had many guns large bombs and ties
Lorain Officer Phillip Wagner was killed when Michael Parker opened fire as officers ate lunch on River Bend Drive. Parker was killed in a gunfight. Explosives found in Parker’s car included two 50 pound Tannerite devices dismantled at the scene. Autopsies confirmed Wagner’s death by gunfire and Parker’s by multiple gunshot wounds.
