Wellington Bets Big On State Institution Site
Wellington urges the state to choose its proposed site for a new farm and hospital for feeble minded youth on merit, offering land at 80 dollars an acre with rail access from the Big Four and connections to Wheeling and Lake Erie lines. It argues the town can provide ample power, water, and an expert-supported, accessible location, asking fair treatment and public policy in the decision.
