Lorain Man Sentenced Life For Child Rape Case
Joe Steible, 25, of Lorain Drive, was convicted in Lorain County Common Pleas Court of raping a child and received life with parole eligibility after 25 years. He is a Tier II sex offender and must register every 90 days if released. The victim was under 10 and force was found. Elyria Police investigated.
