A 21 year old man drowned after a rafting incident in Lake Erie near Beachdale Association Avon Lake. Two boaters were in distress. one man was rescued the other recovered by Lorain County Dive Team and Coast Guard with recovery completed around 1 30 p m. The victim s name will be released today.
