In Cleveland on July 24 James Campbell of Campbell Coal Co Loday was ordered by Dominion Pleas Judge Virgil Terrell to answer questions about his business before the NRA coal code took effect in February He seeks an injunction to block enforcement of the price scale claiming higher code prices would harm goodwill built up before the code The judge required him to describe the conditions under which that goodwill was built Hearings are before Miss Helen Moore
