Elyria police report on July 21 24 year old Bradley A Watkins punched a window at the D and M Mart after a parking lot fight and faces criminal endangering charges. Earlier that night theft of keys was reported on Clinton Avenue. Deputies investigated an assault and disorderly conduct complaint on Russia Road.
