Injunction Sought Over Noisy Ducks Near Home
Mrs. De Albert of Route 114 Henrietta township seeks a court injunction against Steve and Afite Novak to stop harboring large numbers of ducks on a pond near her home. She says nightly quacking disturbs her health and lowers property value, noting 400 feet from the De Albert house a pond 900 feet long and 206 feet wide hosts 500 to 1,000 ducks, with about 600 presently. She claims the defendants could dock ducks on parts of their own land farther away and asks the court to enjoin the activity at night.
