City hires and officials in domestic violence case
The article notes a 2000 hire of a maintenance and water testing worker at the French Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant later promoted to unlicensed operator. Ralston, linked to Mayor Gillock, was hired in 2004 as a plant helper. The Supreme Court says Gillock knew Ralston for about eight years and that his daughter twice called police for domestic violence, but Gillock did not know about a criminal record for misdemeanor domestic violence, assault and disorderly conduct.
