Frank in line for reprimand by House ethics panel
The House ethics committee is set to recommend a reprimand for Rep. Barney Frank over aspects of his relationship with male escort Stephen Gobie. Eleven members who attended a closed door meeting backed the move. Rep. Larry Craig was absent. Expulsion remains a possible option, but a censure could also be recommended. The probe, spanning ten months, is deemed one of the committee's most troubling inquiries.
