Child Falls From Window Injures Toddler in Apartment
Little Gale Trockley, 17 months old, fell from a second story window at 245 George Street and suffered a skull fracture. She was in critical condition at Elyria Memorial Hospital. Her father Harold Trockley, of Norwalk, and mother Donna were at the scene. the window screen unlatched and she tumbled onto the stone sidewalk. The father, employed by The Norwalk Truck Line Co, was sleeping at the time.

Blake Morrell, 57, of Chatham, after two weeks of fighting injuries, died in Akron City Hospital on Tuesday following a July 2 crash. He was a Medina County Highway employee and was driving a car that collided with a coal tender on a B&O Railroad locomotive on Lafayette Road in Medina.

Two Elyria Couples Injured In Route 20 Crash
Two Elyria women Mrs Abbott and Mrs Brown suffered injuries when the Abbott car collided with another vehicle on Clague Road near Route 20.
