Keystone board weighs bond for classrooms and equipment
Keystone Board of Education votes to place a 198000 bond issue on the November ballot to finish four classrooms and outfit a 650000 high school addition, running 14 years at 3 percent. Tax cost is 1.3259 mills per thousand valuation. Board also outlines teaching placements and staff needs for next year.
