Avon Zoning Grants Variances for $1.25 Million Hospital
Avon Investors Inc wins variances from the Avon Board of Zoning and Building Appeals to build a five story 125 bed hospital on the west side of French Creek Rd. The plan includes surgery and obstetrics on the first floor with 24 hour emergency service and potential expansion to 300 beds. The project, led by Joseph L. Isabell, requires independent architectural review and city reimbursement of fees. Construction may start in spring.
