Murder trial unfolds as Spooner testifies in Ohio case
Elyria prosecutors say Henry Spooner lied to detectives while confined at MetroHealth in November 2022 about the killing of Jordan Flanigan at the Midview Crossing Apartments on October 27. Lorain man pleads guilty to robbery in car break-in case
Dustin Lee Terry, 26, pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery, robbery, breaking and entering, and obstructing official business plus firearm specifications in Lorain County Court. Sentencing set for July 21 under a plea agreement calling for 5 to 6 years in prison with no early release. He remains jailed with credit for 227 days.
