Young golfer Tahy makes cut at Ohio Amateur
At Findlay Country Club Alec Tahy, 13, becomes possibly the tournament's youngest player to reach the cut in its 102 year history. Fellow teen Chad Merzbacher also advances as older rivals contend for the centennial event. Avon’s Dan Rush sits tied for 15th while Vermilion, Bay Village and Avon Lake players miss the weekend threshold.
