Two Arrested in Spencer Tractor Bomb Attempt

NEYSA STROUP reports two men, Frank Kostecki and Arthur Kyle Jr., were arrested by ATF agents on charges of possessing bomb materials tied to an early Saturday tractor bombing in Spencer. A third suspect remained unidentified. Terry Westfall, 23, was critically injured and in Cleveland Metro General Hospital. Westfall may be a bombing suspect and reportedly lost multiple limbs and an eye.

Man hurt in tractor bombing at mobile home site
