Drift and cast group boycotts Lorain walleye tourney
The seventh annual Lorain County Walleye Tournament will field about 51 teams, roughly half the usual, as drift and cast anglers boycott over perceived trolling advantages. Organizer Ester Clotz notes 90 percent will troll. discussions consider two divisions next year to balance payouts and participation. Funds support Lorain lighthouse restoration and local projects via the Lorain Harbor Lions Club.
