Reagan undergoes surgery to remove large intestinal polyp

Prosecutor wary as Flagner case may be dismissed

In Cleveland, a prosecutor said the kidnapping murder case against 33 year old Flagner could be dismissed Monday if the judge finds insufficient evidence a crime occurred. The Elyria man is linked to the 1980 disappearance of 8 year old Tiffany Papesh. her body has never been found.

Doctor pleads guilty in sex drug case
