Eight LCCC students win Doris Pyne Memorial Scholarships
Eight Lorain County Community College students received the first Doris Pyne Memorial Scholarships for the 1981 Fall Quarter. Recipients are Claudia Mejak Tom Pritchett Cyntha Weber Pamela Freeman Ann Sorenson Carolyn E Dandalides Kimberly Wagner and Dee Leibersberger. Each $200 award required second year status 45 credit hours or 15 certificate hours with at least a 2.0 GPA and demonstrated need and achievement. Funds came from the LCCC Women’s Spring Book Sale.
