Robert Van Dell an 18 year old of 1933 Hanna street Detroit was released from Lorain County jail by Sheriff Clarence W Dick under Probate Judge H C Wilcox order after arrest with two youths for theft at Vermilion on the Lake He was turned over to an aunt in Wellington to appear in probate court Saturday Botsford and McDaniela both Wellington youths remain jailed Botsford pleaded not guilty to grand larceny at a preliminary hearing McDaniel and Van Derl are minors and to appear before Judge Wilcox on Saturday.
