Lorain man’s murder sentence commuted by governor
Lorain resident Thurston V. Henderson, 31, convicted in 1975 of murdering Kent Thomas, now becomes eligible for parole after Gov. Richard Celeste commuted his sentence from 15 years to life to 8 years to life. The commutation follows a unanimous parole-board recommendation.
