Gemini Towers to anchor Westlake Commerce Park office cluster
In Westlake’s Commerce Park, Gemini Towers emerge as a prime office neighborhood with the first tenant already moved into Germ Towers at Detroit and Crocker. The project aims to exceed 140000 square feet of rentable space, with the second Gemini Towers building planned this summer and a park area between the two structures. The twin towers, costing about 8 to 9 million dollars, will be the city’s first executive office park, located 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 12 to 15 minutes from Hopkins International Airport off I-90.
