Second pack of extinct gray wolves spotted in California
California wildlife officials report a female gray wolf with a mate and at least three pups found in Lassen National Forest. The Lassen Pack marks the second gray wolf group confirmed in the state since 1924, with the first breeding pair in 2015 and the Shasta Pack last seen in 2016.
