Florida man charged with assault of pregnant girlfriend
Elyria Ohio deputies charged 28 year old Angel Tamayo a Florida registered sex offender with felonious assault after he kicked his 18 year old pregnant girlfriend in the stomach at an Oberlin Elyria Road motel. The victim a two week pregnant Florida native was transported by ambulance then helicopter to MetroHealth. She was treated for bleeding and injuries and released. Tamayo was located near The Brass Pole strip club and held on a 15000 bond.
