Oberlin library moves to former Fazio site with college deal
Oberlin Public Library Board votes to transfer to the former Fazio’s store as its downtown location under an agreement with Oberlin College. The plan requires legal review and includes a five year online circulation, moving aid, and remodeling costs funded by the library while the college takes on certain duties. The grant deadline and remodeling budget prompt calls to defer deed transfer and seek additional college cash contributions.
