Fire kills four children in Philadelphia row house blaze
A fast spreading southwest Philadelphia fire early Saturday left four children dead including 4-year-old twin girls and an 11-month-old, with eight to ten houses gutted. A mother and three other children survived, jumping from a second-floor window as neighbors aided victims. Fire officials said the blaze began before 3 a.m. and was under control after about an hour.
