Kucinich wins Ward 12 primary in Polish Falcons rally

Kucinich Leads Ward 12 Primary. Faces Runoff

Former Mayor Dennis J. Kucinich led an eight candidate non partisan primary for Ward 12 with 3363 votes or 53.3 percent. Edward W. Rybka finished second with 1596 votes for a runoff August 9. The seat opened by the May 2 death of Joseph Kowalski. The term runs through December 1985.

Elusive typewriter to return after city pays

Supreme Court cuts gender bias in pension payments and death row rules
