Silver Slippers Cast Love Triangle Drama
Joan Dudley vacationing with wealthy aunt Adelaide Delafield becomes engaged to Drew Hallam, but forms a growing bond with Giles Armiger in Granitehead. Jealousy, secret loves, and a tense walk in the rain drive choices as Joan contemplates her future with Giles, while Scripps guards a painful family secret and Amelie’s memory haunts the pair. The weeklong chapter threads through travel, a sudden departure, and a new refuge as Joan seeks independence and Giles crowns his devotion. Penelope Sears shelters Joan when she escapes, and the story pivots toward a dramatic reunion.
