Klan Attack Injures 32 In Americus Rally

A white supremacist rally in Americus left 32 injured, 19 hospitalized, as 30 year old Buddy Cochran was charged with 19 counts of aggravated battery after driving into the crowd. Sheriff Randy Howard said Cochran later claimed he wanted revenge for remarks about blacks. Court officials set a 190000 bond, with indictments possible in August.

Bay Village motorcyclist killed in crash

A 22-year-old Bay Village man, Richard N. Gosselin, died after his motorcycle struck a car while turning onto Tiffin Street in Huron. Passenger J M Young of Williamsburg, Mich., was treated and released. driver Anthony Lollo and passenger Carl Alien of Huron were not injured. The accident remains under investigation.
