Lorain County Eyes SAFE Pool Investment Plan
Lorain County officials pressed for a legal opinion on Gaul's Secured Assets Fund Earnings plan and received approval to join, aiming for higher returns than the STAR program. The Gaul proposal contrasts with local bank rates and existing STAR investments used by Cuyahoga County and others.
