Propane blast devastates Oberlin home critically injuring couple
Michelle and Aurel Grill of Route 58 North were listed in critical condition in Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital after a leaked liquid propane gas explosion in their basement as Aurel tried to light a pilot. The 150 year old two story house was severely damaged and could collapse any moment. Neighbors and a good Samaritan helped. Fire crews investigated the propane leak as justice awaited a clearer cause.
