Local man fined in police court on rare charge
James 2arka, 20, of SH Wet Broad Street, was fined five dollars and costs in police court today after an arrest on a charge of infestration. He was arrested yesterday for fighting in Ely Park and discharged on custody grounds.

Costs Suspended After Disorderly Conduct Charge
