Explosion at Eaton Township plant injures two workers
An explosion and ensuing fire at Rossborough Manufacturing Co. on Route 83 in Eaton Township seriously burned two men, Kenneth Chutes and Harry Greenwood, both 24 or younger, who were flown to Cleveland Metro General Hospital. Four fire departments battled the blaze as investigators from the EPA and Era Air Group may follow. the incident ties to Rossborough’s 1983 testing of zirconium and aluminum products.
