Hatfields and McCoys Bring Gospel Rock to Charity Gigs
Elyria guitarist Jimmy Tolley 74 recalls a long career since 1959 with bands like Coun trymen and the Hatfields and the McCoys. He plays lead guitar, pedal steel, and sings for church and charity events, notably at Fuller Road Community Church for Haiti relief. The group raises funds for Bibles and minister support. Tolley retired from Englehard in 1998 after 43 years, gardens tomatoes and beans, and hopes to visit Haiti with the band.
