King resumes after a Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals found his request for dismissal based on speedy trial concerns meritless. King has been in the brig since Oct. 28, 1999, after alleged admission in a lie detector test of passing classified data to the Russian Embassy in 1994.
