Visiting Judge Dale Crawford ruled Thursday that Lorain County Common Pleas Judge James Burge cannot be forced to drop the public corruption case. The case centers on payments to court appointed lawyers linked to 600 Broadway, a Lorain building once owned by Burge and partners.
