Wallace G. Young, 43, owner of the Wellington Implement Company, was instantly killed in Wellington Ohio this morning while walking to his office. He stopped at the North Main street crossing to wait for a freight train and walked into the path of a New York to St. Louis limited. He lived at 401 North Main and is survived by his wife Eva and three children Marjorie 17 Robert 12 and Walter ?

Wesley Andersch, an eye witness to Walter Liggett's assassination, testified Blumenfeld known as Kid Cann is the slayer. He said he recognized Blumenfeld in the death car’s right front seat as bullets whizzed near him in the Liggett alley on December 9.
