Kucinich settles olive pit suit in Washington
U S Representative Dennis Kucinich said he settled a January filed suit over a sandwich olive pit at the Longworth cafeteria for an undisclosed amount covering out of pocket costs. He described a 2008 tooth split that led to dental work, infection, and emergency treatment. Compass Group USA and Performance Food Group were named in the suit with limited comment from Compass.
