Planning Commission Delays Okay On 2 Large Subdivisions
Planning panel kept two large Lorain allotments for further study. Subdivision 2 of Sunny Acres, 147 lots, awaits rail right of way pursuit to Leavitt Rd. A commercial spot faced objections. The 30-home allotment delays street sewer layout finalization. Homes priced 13 900 to 30 000 dollars. A 3 home project south of Meister Rd and west of Ashland Ave drew inspector questions but no changes. The northeast Meister Leavitt Ros edge has sat for a year.
